RE: PLEASE CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY WITH THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE CONTACT, AND GIVE ME A CONTACT TO MAKE A REPORT OF MEDICAL NEGLECT, RESULTING IN BODILY INJURY TO ROBIN L. CICHOCKI
I am desperately calling on the DDS to help me today, before another fall causes Robin Lynn further physical injury. (Group home operator name) has knowingly, breached the court orders, and continued to attempt to prove “behavioral – attention seeking falls”, continuing their case to look at behavioral only, while failing to follow doctor’s orders to protect Robin from falls, that have left her bruised, bleeding, and with the loss of a front tooth, and another so damaged that it is probably going to have to be pulled. On November 20th, when they brought Robin Lynn to Norwalk Hospital, and I refused have Dr. T treat her, I advised the hospital that I would allow the orthopedist, or the OBGYN physicians, who had recently seen her, evaluate the falls. I also told (DDS staff person name removed), that I would allow the other specialists. I was so discredited regarding my guardianship, and the court hearing by the (group home operator) nurse (see previous correspondence with quote from hospital records), that no one at the hospital would answer my many calls, or listen to me. (group home operator name removed) left her in hospital for 8 days, with not one visit by (group operator name removed) staff, EXCEPT TO COME IN LATE IN HER STAY to tell her she wouldn’t be going home soon, and refused to let her come back to (group home name removed). I have recently reviewed documents with new reporting plans to further diminish what is happening to Robin Lynn, failing to even consider existing doctor’s orders from Dr. P. I have advised DSS of my conversation with Dr. P last week, in an email a few days ago. I have gone through the records that DSS, (group home operator), and I have, and want the following information from those records considered in my concern to file a MEDICAL NEGLECT REPORT IMMEDIATELY.
DR. P 10/16/17: APO – BRACE POORLY ALIGNED – ORDERED NEW. USE GAIT BELT FOR prn FOR BALANCE. NO NOTE IN DOCTOR’S RECORDS THAT THERE IS NO STATEMENT THAT (group home operator) STAFF HAD REPORTED FALLS.

READERS: These quotes and dates are from the very group home operator's records, when they didn't do the right thing. DDS had these records, and were present during the September 2017 probate court hearing, when the judge said "Robin had a lot of reasons to fall." The judge put in writing in her order that the group home operator had no proof of "behavioral attention seeking falls, and that they were to clean up the records. Yet, they continued, and DDS were made aware that it was happening, and were suppose to be observing their "favored contractor." PLEASE KEEP FOLLOWING AND ACTING. SHARE WITH ANYONE WHO WOULDN'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE, LET ALONE A DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED PERSON. ASK EVERYONE TO WRITE, AND CALL TEXT, ASK THESE CT LEADERS WHEN ROBIN WILL HAVE JUSTICE? WHAT ARE THEY WAITING FOR? Be sure to send them to "Robin Lynn's Journey". Ask them to check everyday, I will be dumping more records on the blog.
